Nature Reserves & Inland Waters
- Bermuda has popular inland waters within some of it’s Nature Reserves. They are freshwater ponds and care and caution should be exercised.
- Use caution when approaching the edge of the pond, reeds and grass can obscure the edge of the pond
- Stay back from the banks of the pond as they may be weak and give way under your weight.
- Never swim in ponds within Bermuda Nature Reserves
- Don’t wade in to retrieve items
